Rebecca is purpose driven to provide optimal health and vitality. Her vision is to guide clients on an educational journey in how to create a healthful life, and achieve success in their health goals.
She has always had a great love of good food and cooking. This lead her to study Nutritional Medicine to learn about the healing properties of food. In turn, she supports clients to learn about wholesome foods that nourish the mind, body and soul.
Rebecca provides individualised holistic care, taking into account the whole body, mind, and emotional state to consider how these elements interact with each other to affect physiology. She employs evidence-based nutritional and herbal supplementation, as well as dietary and lifestyle advice to restore the body back to wellness.
She also puts a strong emphasis on prevention, thereby offering clients to be proactive in their own healthcare.
